About a dozen bicyclists looped around the Chase St. Park Warehouses July 14 in a race celebrating Bastille Day. A mustachioed and red-scarfed master of ceremonies handed out beer and baguettes to the racers as they wound through a course that included parts of Oneta, Barber and Tracy streets, as wells as sections of the warehouse parking lot.
