Common Ground website down temporarily

Update: It’s back up now!

Common Ground volunteer and all-around good guy Jonathan Hawes has been tirelessly revamping the Common Ground website, which explains why the page is currently unavailable. He’s taking care of a bunch of interweb mumbo-jumbo that no one else is willing to tackle, and everyone at Common Ground is very thankful. Mr. Hawes says the site shouldn’t be down to0 long!

Addition: I forgot to mention the long distance help of one Mr. Andrew Hunt, former Common Ground board member and present D.C. resident. Thanks, Andrew.

In other news, Common Ground’s second Mayoral Town Hall is coming up on April 10. This time, we’re getting together in the Lay Park Gymnasium at 11 am on that Saturday morning. Common Ground has sponsors for the April event who will be helping us provide question cards for attendees to write out their most heart wrenching political demands of the candidates – which we will vet for craziness, of course.

More importantly, Daily Groceries and 1000 Faces coffee are bringing refreshments!

  • Hi, it’s your ghost of websites past saying it’s back up since this morning. We had to take it down yesterday to deal with some longstanding issues with the underlying database–sorry it took hours to fix!
